Our Employee Selection Process
1. Gather pool of candidates
2. Make initial contact via phone and/or email
3. Receive candidate response with:
- Word document résumé
- Three professional references
- Salary Requirements
4. Conduct in-person interview with personality assessment. Including any additional assessment requested by client.
5. Disclose client information to candidate; request written/verbal
permission to submit candidate
6. Send candidate to client
7. Begin background/drug screening if candidate is selected (*See note on "Healthworks" for information on where to go to get screened)
8. Outcome:
- Direct Hire
- Temporary to Direct Hire
- Temporary Hire
- Consultant/Contract
- No Hire*
